Promoting Youth Participation in Adolescent Health Information and Service Utilization

The project aims to inform and educate young people on responsible sexual behavior, population and development, gender sensitivity, responsible parenthood, maternal and child health, sexually transmitted infections/HIV/AIDS, and how to access adolescent health services from the Baguio District III City Camp Central Health Center. It covers 20 barangays of District III and targets 3,500 adolescents in communities and 2,000 high school students and serve 1,500 young clients through medical outreach activities or consultation in the health center. Parents, health service providers, and barangay officials will be briefed on the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Law.
